“American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery” and ESCRS “European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery” in Cataract and Refractive fields in the world. - Eye Can Philippine is produced by Dr. Tomita who is an authoritative surgeon in the cataract and refractive fields in the world. He graduated from Aichi Medical University,School of Medicine in 1998 and finished PHD course from Kansai Medical University PHD course in 2002. Dr. Tomita completed his Training at Kansai Medical University, Department of Ophthalmology in 2003. He became part of Harvard Medical School Department of Ophthalmology postdoctoral fellow in 2005 and he was also an Executive Medical Director from Shinagawa LASIK Center in 2014.
- Dr. Tomita was a professor at Department ophthalmology, Wenzhou University in 2012. He was a Committee member of American Society of Ophthalmology, Committee member of the International Society of Refractive Surgery and Leading Surgeon In Japan certified by International Society of Refractive Surgery. He received more than 50 awards in the Ophthalmology area that proves how intelligent, great and skillful he is.

Dr. Wilberto Castillo obtained his medical degree as a Doctor of Medicine at University of Santo Tomas in 2003. He acquired his physician medical license in 2004 from the Philippine Regulatory Commission, after finishing the Medical Internship Program at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in 2004.
